I want to make sure to compliment you on your team of workers that did my Aunt’s apartment windows and doors in the Granada House, Pompano Beach. I arrived that morning on the first flight out of NYC and the team were already at work and all the furniture was carefully covered. They were even nice enough to remove anything that could possibly break and put in a safe spot under the protective covering. They were the neatest demo guys I ever saw work!!! Debris was removed quickly and carefully.The installation was fast and thorough. The windows look wonderful. I’m so happy we have screens to open the windows! The doors are classy and beautiful. It was a great idea to have the frosted front doors and clear patio door. You cannot see anything but light through the doors and very private. Although I had to bring the hardware for the doors, they installed them perfectly.
Just want to say it was an absolute pleasure doing business with all of you.

Dear Sal:
This is just a note of gratitude for the expert work and care you and your team had taken with the installation of our beautiful windows and doors.
From the first call I made to you the beginning of August to give us an estimate on this huge project of ours to the final completion of the work on August 31st, it has been a pleasant experience. When I came home from work on Monday 30th I was totally amazed to see that all the windows were already installed. Not only were the windows installed but all the window treatment was back to its original place and everything was cleaned up for the next day.
Then after coming home Tuesday, the sliding doors were also completed. My husband told me the trouble you had with our bedroom door as you had to level the wall and floor to accommodate the door. I’m certain you didn’t expect to see the shoddy work the builders did when our home was constructed back in 1978. Nevertheless, you made it right. I’m sure that is because you are a perfectionist and take pride in your work.
Last, but not least, I want to thank Maria and Katherine for staying in touch with me through this whole process. You never let me down for one minute. You all delivered what was promised, and then some! You have a company to be proud of and I

It’s with pleasure that I’m writing this letter to thank you for a job well done. The entire process was handled professionally, from the time your salesman, John Franta, made the initial call, to the completion of the job. The P.G.T. windows have enhanced our unit considerably (inside and out). The best part is the decrease in noise. As we begin the hurricane season, it’s comforting to know that we have the additional protection needed.
The permitting and installation were handled timely and efficiently. You and your staff arrived as scheduled and proceeded to cover furniture, walkways and valuables. If something needed to be moved, you handled it. I appreciated your care and consideration. When it came time for clean up, everything was returned to its original location, including the verticals. The condominium manager even remarked on how clean you left the outside.
