This is just a note of gratitude for the expert work and care you and your team had taken with the installation of our beautiful windows and doors.

From the first call I made to you the beginning of August to give us an estimate on this huge project of ours to the final completion of the work on August 31st, it has been a pleasant experience. When I came home from work on Monday 30th I was totally amazed to see that all the windows were already installed. Not only were the windows installed but all the window treatment was back to its original place and everything was cleaned up for the next day.

Then after coming home Tuesday, the sliding doors were also completed. My husband told me the trouble you had with our bedroom door as you had to level the wall and floor to accommodate the door. I’m certain you didn’t expect to see the shoddy work the builders did when our home was constructed back in 1978. Nevertheless, you made it right. I’m sure that is because you are a perfectionist and take pride in your work.

Last, but not least, I want to thank Maria and Katherine for staying in touch with me through this whole process. You never let me down for one minute. You all delivered what was promised, and then some! You have a company to be proud of and I will be pleased to be a voice for you in the future.
